The operator of www.galaxy-cosmetics.com website, Galaxy Distribution Ltd. (Hungary, Budapest, Alsó erdősor street 3./ Ground floor 10., H-1074, tax registry number: 24778183-2-42, trade registry number: 01-09-181869, hereinafter referred as Provider) on the site of www.galaxy-cosmetics.com and during its activities related to this in handling User data the Act LXIII. 1992 regarding protection of personal data and publicity of data of public interest; the Act CXIX.1995 handling name and address data on the purpose of research and direct marketing; the Act VI. 1998 on the protection of individuals with regard to automatic processing of personal data shall validate the regulations of data handling below:
1. The Users shall agree that the Provider handles their personal data which should be given on the website www.galaxy-cosmetics.com during the registration. The Provider shall announce that all the data, information and fact given by its Users shall be treated in confidence. Whereas the Provider shall keep the right that if there is a ground for suspicion of misuse of service or other criminal act against the Customer the personal data of it shall be transferred to the authorities.
2. The Provider shall ensure the possibility for the Users to view their data stored about them at any time, to modify it if necessary, or cancel their registration.

(Hungary, Budapest, Alsó erdősor street 3./ Ground floor 10., H-1074, tax registry number: 24778183-2-42, trade registry number: 01-09-181869) at www.galaxy-cosmetics.com to provide the following personal data stored in its user database to OTP Mobile Ltd. (1093 Budapest, Közraktár utca 30-32.) Provided data: family name, given name, country, phone number, e-mail address. The purpose of data transmission: customer support for users, confirming transactions and fraud-monitoring for users defence.
